Josh’s Dartistry Darts Podcast – The Bounce Out Episode Six!

The sixth episode of ‘The Bounce Out’ features an exclusive interview with three-time world champion Glen Durrant, as Josh Gorton is joined by regular co-hosts Jon Dean and Neil Conner to discuss the latest news in the darting world.

There’s still plenty of darts taking place remotely despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and the panel discuss the breaking news emerging from the PDC last night, as they announced the launch of the PDC Home Tour, featuring 128 players over 32 days of top-class action.

Josh also brings us an exclusive with Premier League leader Durrant, who candidly discusses his move to the PDC last year, being ‘ridiculed’ for his Lakeside triumphs and his sadness at the current state of the British Darts Organisation.

Glen Durrant Exclusive Interview (6:00-22:00) The three-time world champion reveals how he’s adjusted his practice regime to remain sharp during the enforced lay-off, before admitting his pride at how he’s fared since crossing the darting divide to join the PDC last year.

The Teessider also opens up about the motivations behind his move to the PDC, before revealing his sadness at the plight of the British Darts Organisation. The 49-year old also outlines his targets for the remainder of the 2020 campaign.

Latest News (31:20-56:20)- Josh brings us more information surrounding the launch of the PDC Home Tour, whilst the panel also discuss the recent soft-tip showdown between old foes Phil Taylor and Raymond van Barneveld, which raised £15,000 for charity in the fight against coronavirus.
