Josh’s Dartistry Darts Podcast – The Bounce Out Episode Nine!

The ninth episode of ‘The Bounce Out’ features an exclusive interview with darting legend Bob Anderson, as regular co-hosts Josh Gorton and Jon Dean are joined by a special guest – Sky Sports guru Raz Mirza!

We reflect on a thrilling start to the 2021 Premier League Darts season, which featured two nine-dart finishes across the opening five nights of action, as debutant Jonny Clayton tops the table heading into the second phase of the competition.

Josh and Jon assess their Premier League predictions they made ahead of the tournament, and with our resident stats man Neil Conner absent due to a hectic schedule, Josh brings us updated Premier League odds, including outright and elimination markets.

We also have an exclusive interview with former world champion and three-time World Masters winner Bob Anderson, who is one of the confirmed participants for the inaugural World Seniors Darts Championship next year.

Premier League Darts: Nights 1-5 Review (8:28) – This year’s Premier League was touted as being potentially the most unpredictable since the tournament’s inception in 2005 and so it has proved. Just three points separate the top nine in the table, and Josh, Raz and Jon dissect the opening five nights of darting drama, looking at which players have flourished, and those that are floundering.

Bob Anderson Exclusive (52:56) – The legendary ‘Limestone Cowboy’ joins the Josh’s Dartistry Podcast to discuss his participation in the inaugural World Seniors Darts Championship, which is due to take place in February 2022. Anderson also reflects on a series of career highlights, before paying tribute to darting icon Eric Bristow, just days after the third anniversary of his death.
